Aundrea Friedley, principal.

Aundrea brings over 25 years experience as a business manager with both line and staff responsibility in Human Resources, Logistics, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Sales. She is an energetic problem solver experienced in start-ups as well as established corporations. She is a recognized team leader with proven negotiating skills lending to consensus building within an organization.

Prior to starting The Marketing Goddess LLC, Aundrea held a business development position within a Zamzow owned corporation called Dynamite Marketing. Here Aundrea was responsible for a major company transition in the mlm side of the company. She replaced most personnel, created systems and a complete policy manual, built a call center (literally) all aspects from paint to employees and then moved to another division (fertilizer) and created major sources of new revenue in many states as well as maintaining the local warehouse and distribution center. She maintained and added to local business revenue with all landscapers and nurseries. Dynamite Marketing is a 31 year old company well known for its high quality, high-end human and animal supplements with another division focused on green sources of fertilization. Its customers are prize winning animal trainers and healers as well as health conscience persons from all over the nation. She also worked with the mill (one of the most unique in the nation), created and (still maintains) the website and served as executive assistant to Jim, Jos, and Callie Zamzow.

Prior to Dynamite Marketing, Aundrea spent approximately 3 years at Loon Outdoors. Aundrea was brought in to improve all aspects of the business from office operations to personnel issues, and sales growth. Aundrea implemented all ideas of the then owner, Dan Paradis. She called every fly fishing company in the world and increased overall sales company wide. She managed retail sales, wholesale sales, and distribution centers as well as facilitated large contracts with major market shareholders (several million dollar deals with Cabelas, 3M and others). She created all marketing materials including new packaging designs, order forms, display cases, business cards and brochures. Aundrea created ads and has been published in Sports Illustrated. She organized and manned all trade shows both locally and around the nation.

At AIM International Aundrea began the International Services department. She worked closely with Quality Assurance and import/export as AIM expanded into other countries. She was the liaison for 8 foreign offices and the US corporate office. She added Elite Services to her job description (providing customer service to the highest earners in the company) and then transitioned into one of the 1st two business coaches for the company. She received onsite training from Coach University and then concentrated on helping the members reach their next level in sales with the company. She held tele-courses and facilitated conference training sessions with members from all over the US and Canada.

In 1987 Aundrea moved to Hawaii and purchased Pacific Waterbeds. She grew the business from $19K per month to $74K per month within 24 months. As owner she handled all aspects of business operations.

Aundrea graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho and immediately moved to Hawaii. She has a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology.

She currently owns The Marketing Goddess LLC and Shirtstock. She has a weekly radio show on 94.4 FM The Voice called Let’s Talk Business. She is the event coordinator and/or facilitator of many networking groups including IBWN (Idaho Business Women’s Network), Meet and Mingle, and the upcoming Boise Urban Liaison and The Marketing Goddess LLC networking events in 2012. The Marketing Goddess LLC is also in transition from a design and products provider to BTS Development Group (Branding Sales Transition) which is her true passion. She also excels at all types of events (trade shows, golf tournaments, corporate parties).
